Client: Rosemont Commons | Portland, OR
Project: Historical Building Renovation 4 Story, 92,270 Sq. Ft.
Role: Originally Villa St. Rose, a former convent and school for girls. Designed by renowned Portland architect Joseph Jaccoberger and constructed in 1917. When we entered the picture the building was condemned and in major disrepair. Our goal was to get it listed on the National Register of Historic Places and furnish low-income housing. This required working with major obstacles. Again I was given old hard copy drawings and asked to convert to electronic CAD files. The finished product met our goal and is now on the NRHP. We also added a one hundred unit, low-income, senior housing faculty to the Piedmont neighborhood.
